BOTTLES 1979 — 1988

The Pomegranate Bottles are small one-of-a-kind sculptures. Some are landscapes and others reference people. Most were made in 1981.

The production bottles were the only pieces I designed to be reproduced and were intended as income. The Cruets, Star Fruit, Prickly Pear, and Cucumber Bottles were designed in 1979. In 1983 I expanded my line with five new bottles: Chayote, Cherimoya, Gourd, Jicama, and Squash. I also created six Vials that represented pieces in a chess set. I made these until 1986.
